I've been a customer of Above and Beyond Elevator for almost a decade...what a tremendous, trustworthy and thoughtful partnership it has been. Most recently our elevator was decommissioned by a state inspector over confusion as to our elevator's residential status. Without delay, Ellie and the expert technical staff of Above and Beyond Elevator took the initiative and engaged the state inspectors in remedying this error. Sure enough the issue was resolved expeditiously and the time and effort put into reassuring me our elevator would be back on-line was indeed, "above and beyond". Decidedly and emphatically, the Google review rating of five stars is insufficient to characterize what it means to be a customer of Above and Beyond Elevator. The highly professional crew at ABOVE & BEYOND ELEVATOR SERVICE just completed a reconditioning of a 90 year old beautiful elevator in a Newport Mansion. The elevator was out of commission for 45 years and they brought it back to life. Wonderful working with them. Highly recommend. If they can make this old system work, they can do most anything. Ellie is awesome and returns phone calls and sets up appointments/ service calls quickly, The technician Tom is super nice and does a great job with the inspections and maintenance of our lifts and Mark the owner is a super down to earth guy and very nice.
